Privacy Notice

Summit Directory Inc. ("we") collects information through Outdoor-Stairlift.com. This notice tells you what we collect, why, who gets it, and the choices open to you. You can reach us at 1001 Fourth Avenue, Suite 4500, Seattle, WA 98154, United States.

What We Collect

• Requests for quotes. Everything you enter in the quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the number of steps and any note. With it we store the consent sentence printed by the button, when the form arrived, the IP address it came from and which browser sent it, as the record of your consent.
• Details about phone calls. A recording is kept when the greeting tells callers their call may be recorded. We also store the number you called from, plus the time and length of the call.
• Logs from the server. To keep the site secure and count visits, the pages visited, the time, the browser and the IP address are recorded by our hosting.
• Settings in the tools. The state, steps and weight you type into the tools stay in your browser, so they remain filled in on your next visit. We never receive them.

The site does not place cookies, display ads or run tracking scripts from outside companies.

Sharing Your Details

We send your quote request or call to just one dealer or installer that serves your area for outdoor stair lifts or porch lifts, giving them a chance to contact you about your lift. Companies that host the site, hold requests and route calls also work for us, and their contracts allow only those tasks.

Since the dealer pays us for the referral, sending your information on may be called a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data under some states' privacy laws. Use the Do Not Sell or Share page to tell us to stop, at any time you choose.

How Long We Hold Records

A quote request or a call record stays with us for three years at most, so we can answer questions about it and prove that you agreed to be contacted. Server logs are deleted within a year.

Rights You Have

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas or another state with a privacy law, you may ask us what we keep about you, ask for corrections or deletion, and ask us to stop selling or sharing it. Asking will not lead us to treat you any differently. To make a request, call +1 888 697 2708 or send the quote form with your request in the note. We call the phone number from the request to check your identity, and we reply within 45 days.

Children

Adults who are planning a lift for their home are the intended users of this site. We do not knowingly gather information from anyone younger than 16.

If this notice is updated, the new text appears on this page.
